Guest privacy & permissions

Applications and preparation use the existing private AIowa interview forms. Responses are reviewed by Tony and are not published on this site.

Booking access

Your private invitation is tied to your designated email. The site verifies that email before showing availability or interview details. Invitations expire after seven days and Tony can renew or revoke them.

Meeting logistics

Booking stores the interview time, time zone and meeting status. Google Calendar receives your email to send the calendar invitation. The guest-facing event lasts 45 minutes; Tony’s separate 15-minute buffer stays in the reservation system.

Permission is a separate decision

Application, approval and booking do not authorize recording or publication. Recording, editing, full episodes, clips and supplied assets need separate dated permission records, destinations and restrictions in the preparation workflow.

Request a change

Use your private interview page to request a cancellation or reschedule. The original booking remains in place until Tony approves and the replacement meeting is verified.
